A useful moving quotation starts with more than two addresses. We review the item list or photographs, collection and delivery access, stairs or lifts, carry distance, preferred date and whether loading assistance is needed.
That information helps us select a suitable bakkie, 8-ton truck or 12-ton truck and plan the work before arrival. Final vehicle capacity, availability and handling requirements are confirmed in writing with the quotation.
For office relocations, include desks, chairs, boxed records, shelving and equipment, together with the required operating window. Crown Courier does not assume that dismantling, packing or specialist handling is included unless it appears on the accepted quotation.

Yes. Furniture, appliances and other bulky items can be quoted as a dedicated collection when the route and vehicle are suitable.
Is packing included?+
Packing, wrapping, dismantling and reassembly are included only when they are specifically listed in the written quotation.
Can an office move happen outside normal working times?+
State the required access window in your request. Availability and any after-hours requirements are confirmed during quotation.
What should I disclose before booking?+
Disclose stairs, restricted access, heavy or fragile items, long carrying distances and any item requiring special handling.
